Risch Blog
I went with a colleague/friend to see the Dave Matthews Band last night at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette? Pavilion.
I lost count of the number of times I've seen the band (or Dave solo) at 25, but I haven't seen them in a couple years. Last night was a first - it was opening night of the tour and a very high energy show.
The set list was:
Friday May 30 2008
Post-Gazette? Pavilion
Don’t Drink the Water
You Might Die Trying
So Damn Lucky
Rhyme And Reason
Everyday
Gravedigger
Smooth Rider
Corn Bread
One Sweet World
Pantala Naga Pampa
Rapunzel
Stolen Away On 55th & 3rd
What Would You Say
Louisiana Bayou
Grey Street
Encore
Sister *
Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)
Show Notes:

I've added a new category on law teaching market resources. These are resources I found helpful during the job search process. I hope you find them helpful, and I hope others add their resources over time.

As I said in my last post, I've accepted a position. In the Fall of 2007 I will be an Associate Professor of Law at the West Virginia University College of Law. I'll be teaching patents and cyberlaw.

It's been a while since I've had time to post. I've successfully navigated the law school faculty recruiting market
(cache); I just accepted a tenure-track position at a great law school. More details to follow.
With the market behind me, I am beginning a new research project, which means I will be posting more Cases Of Interest in the near future!
